Shim Sham Workshop

We are opening up our regular Saturday performance group class to give everyone an opportunity to learn the Shim Sham! The Shim Sham is a famous, beginner-friendly, solo jazz line dance that was created in 1927 and revised by Frankie Manning in the mid-1980’s. This workshop will be two 1-Hr classes on 5/2 and 5/9. This is your opportunity to learn and be confident dancing the Shim Sham at our annual Shim Sham event on May 25th, 2026 for World Lindy Hop Day.
