Lindy Hop MKE promotes the knowledge, appreciation, practice, and performance of early jazz dances in the metropolitan Milwaukee area while maintaining its values of Equality, Inclusion, and Justice into all aspects of its social dance gatherings. Today, Lindy Hop MKE retains its classic elements while also evolving with contemporary influences and individualization. Dancers continue to explore its roots while blending new styles and techniques, ensuring its relevance in today’s dance communities.

Lindy Hop MKE provides training, performances, and community programs for all ages. This performing arts community plays an essential social role in sharing the art of swing jazz dances from the early 1900’s with people of all races, ages, and backgrounds. Lindy Hop MKE is celebrated not only for its rich knowledge of swing dances but also for the sense of community it fosters, while bringing people together across generations and cultures through the joy of dance.
