World Lindy Hop Day – Milwaukee Shim Sham Flash Mob Tour

Calling all Shim-Sham-ers! To Celebrate World Lindy Hop Day, we will be gathering at various locations around Milwaukee to dance the Shim Sham!
- Meet up @ The Calling sculpture (the big orange starburst) at 12:00pm, on Memorial Day, 5/25
- Our first Shim Sham dance will start at 12:15pm
- We will then walk to the Art Museum via the bridge over N. Lincoln Memorial Dr. and dance in front of the Calatrava and then again around the back of the Art Museum
- Our final dance will be at the War Memorial Beer Garden where we will stay to grab a cold beverage and toast to Frankie Manning and celebrate our love for Lindy Hop!
- Special performances from the Lindy Hop MKE Dancers
- Social dance to follow at the Beer Garden!
Parking is available at the parking garage off E. Michigan St. near our starting point, or at the War Memorial parking lot where our tour ends.
